ORDINANCE No. RD-02-20-2 DATED 26.01.2021 TO DETERMINE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCESSIBILITY AND UNIVERSAL DESIGN OF THE ELEMENTS OF THE ACCESSIBLE ENVIRONMENT IN THE URBANIZED TERRITORY AND OF THE BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES WAS PUBLISHED IN THE STATE GAZETTE

Ordinance No. RD-02-20-2 of 26.01.2021 on determining the requirements for accessibility and universal design of the elements of the accessible environment in the urbanized territory and of the buildings and facilities, issued by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, was promulgated in State Gazette, no. 12 dated February 12, 2021 and will come into force on March 13, 2021.
With the entry into force of the new ordinance, Ordinance No. 4 of July 1, 2009 on the design, implementation and maintenance of constructions in accordance with the requirements for an accessible environment for the population, including the disabled, effective from 07.14.2009, is repealed. , issued by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, publ.
