DECISION No. 2055 PB9 – PP-02-2021 / 10.05.2021 FOR OPENING THE PROCEDURE FOR DETERMINING A CONTRACTOR THROUGH A PUBLIC INVITATION

In connection with the implementation of a project with ref. No. 2055 “Paths for accessible tourism” /Access2Heritage/, financed under the Cooperation Program INTERREG V-A Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020 and on the basis of Art. 50-53 ZUSESIF and PMS No. 160 / 01.07.2016,
1. I open a procedure for determining a contractor according to Art. 50-53 ZUSESIF with the subject “DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF INFORMATION SIGNS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, INDICATIVE SIGNS FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS AND INSCRIPTIONS AND MARKS IN BRAILLE”, Work package 3 “Pilot programs for rehabilitation and improvement of accessibility”:
– Output product No. D3.9.1 “Work on selected cultural sites”, line No. 7 of the KSS “Information signs accessible to people with disabilities”,
– Output product No. D3.9.1 “Work on selected cultural objects”, line No. 10 of the KSS “Indicative signs for wheelchair users”,
– Source product No. D3.9.4 “Preparatory studies and equipment”, line No. 4 of the KSS “Inscriptions and signs of the Braille alphabet”,
under the Project “Paths for accessible tourism”, with the acronym “Access2Heritage” ref. No. 2055, MIS code 501 88 90, financed under Contract with MA No. В2.6с.06 / 15.12.2017 from the INTERREG V-A “Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020” Program, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the national budget of the participating countries.
2. I determine that the selection of an executor shall be carried out through a public invitation.
3. I approve the invitation and participation documentation.
4. The invitation and all the documentation for participation in the procedure for determining the contractor should be sent to the General Directorate “UTS” of the Ministry of Regional Development of Bulgaria in the capacity of Managing Authority of the INTERREG V-A Program “Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020” for publication of The single information portal for European Union funds /www.eufunds.bg/
5. The invitation and all the documentation for participation in the procedure for determining an executor should be published on the website of the Association “Regional Youth Parliament” www.rmp-bg.com – Section “News”, subject to the provisions of Art. 2, para. 2 of PMS 160 / 01.07.2016 and with validity and availability until the expiration of the term announced in the invitation.
6. The period of public access to the invitation cannot be shorter than 7 /seven/ days.

8. Deadline for submitting offers: until 5:00 p.m. on 20/05/2021.
9. Criteria for selecting a contractor to be awarded a contract: lowest price offered
10. The committee appointed to examine, evaluate and rank the received offers will meet on 21/05/2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the address: Kardjali, 6600, 47 “Republicanska” St., Business Incubator.
